This is a series of 9 IOCs (Inter-Office Communications) dated in June and July of 1958 between General Electric, and the Tektronix field, and factory about a specialized test setup to detect line transients in homes.

These IOCs demonstrate how difficult some of these measurements were and the types of instrument capability that was needed to make the measurements. We have no further information of how the customer proceeded. Click on the image to view the PDF.
