This August 1954 Electronics magazine features a Type 524D oscilloscope on the cover.


This March 1955 issue of Electronics features a Type 511A oscilloscope on the cover.


This January 1957 issue of Radio-Electronics features a Type 517 oscilloscope on the cover. There is no more mention of this oscilloscope in the magazine. It simply says "making a few checks with a scope"


This January 1957 issue of Radio and TV News features a Type 114 oscilloscope on the cover.


This April 25, 1958 issue of Electronics features a Type 512 oscilloscope on the cover.


This March 1961 issue of Electronics World features a Type 531 oscilloscope on the cover. It is 1957 or later since it has rounded corners. The plug-in is a Type 53A.


This 1964 Issue #23 of Funkschau, a German television and radio electronics magazine, features a Type 536 Oscilloscope with a Type CA vertical and a Type T horizontal plug-in on the cover.

Dr. Bruch, shown on the cover, was responsible for much of the development of the PAL (Phase Alternate Line) color television system. The 536, having wideband X-Y characteristics, was probably essential in producing a PAL display similar to that of the NTSC vector display of the Tek 526 Vectorscope.

This October 26, 1972 issue of Electronic Design features the 1791 NC Program Verifier, part of theTektronix machine control products.


This March 15, 1973 issue of Electronics features the Digital Processing Oscilloscope which is a 7704A oscilloscope with the P7001 processor.
