This picnic was held on August 10, 1968 at the Janzen Beach Amusement Park in Portland, Oregon.  It was taken with a silent Super 8 film camera and contains images of a lot of engineering people who attended the picnic, including Arnie Frisch, John Kobbe, Dick Stack, and Russ Fillinger,
