The vintageTEK museum just completed two very successful events at our new location. We participated in a Tektronix company-wide event on July 20th with a vintageTEK booth and a Grand Opening and T-Shirt give away for Tektronix employees at the museum.

July 20, 2017 Grand Opening

Our regular Grand Opening was Saturday July 22nd and we were busy before our regular open hours and all day. We saw many old friends and met many new friends. We had visitors who used to work at Tektronix and visitors who never worked at Tektronix. We had parents bring their children and children bring their parents. We had visitors who flew up from California and visitors drive down from Seattle. We also had a reporter from KPTV Channel 12 who took videos and interviews for a short segment that played on the 10 o'clock news that evening. All in all this was a very successful Grand Opening with over 400 people attending both days.
