Beaverton City Hall Exhibit
Tektronix was asked to provide an exhibit in the Beaverton City Hall in honor of their 75th anniversary. The theme of the exhibit is Tektronix Past, Present, and Future. The display area is inside on a major aisle and is quite prominent and will remain on display for several months.
The museum supplied a Type 511 oscilloscope on a Type 500 Scope-Mobile along with vintage photographs.
Beaverton Mayor Lacey Beaty proclaimed November 4, 2021 as "Tektronix Day" in honor of Tektronix history as a leader in Beaverton's thriving business community.
Jon Carpenter accepted the award on behalf of Tektronix from Mayor Beaty.
Representatives from the Tektronix leadership team and Beaverton city leaders attended for remarks and a special viewing of the display highlighting the company's contributions to technology over the last 75 years.
