The San Antonio, TX, Field office was located just outside the gates of Kelly AFB. All the personnel located there were Government Sales and Marketing employees. The San Antonio Air Material Command was the primary purchaser of Tektronix products for the world wide Air Force Precision Measurement Electronic Laboratories (PMEL) and aircraft electronics maintenance facilities supporting the majority of the fighters and the large body freight haulers like the C-5.

Left to Right: Al Langlois, Air Force Account Specialist, Newt Coyle, Air Force Account Manager, and Joe Howard, Air Force Account Specialist. Al Langlois succeeded Newt Coyle as Air Force Account Manager, and later became the Government/Aerospace Sales and Marketing Group Manager.
