The publication NASA SP-87 is a summary of papers presented at a technical conference for the S-Band tracking and communications equipment used for the Apollo missions.

Pages 69 - 70 describe the Receiver-Exciter Subsystem which utilize three Tektronix RM503 oscilloscopes which were specialized for X-Y displays.

Pages 106-107 describe the Mark 1 Ranging Subsystem. We can't quite tell the model from this illustration but it could be any of RM35A, RM45A, RM535, RM545 or RM545B. The plug-in is a Type M.
